class=\"ekit-team-modal-content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tBefore his appointment to this role he has been in Christian ministry in Ghana, South Africa, Scotland, and now in England where he doubles up as the District Pastor of the Birmingham District of The Church of Pentecost-UK. Lord\u2019s passion for holistic Christian ministry got him involved in church planting and community development activities in Khayelitsha Township near Cape Town, South Africa. Whilst in Scotland serving as the District Pastor of The Church of Pentecost-UK, he led the church to establish the Cathcart Road Community Awareness Project (CARCAP) a Scottish government sponsored initiative on climate change in the Mount Florida community in Glasgow. His academic qualifications include a BA in Theology from the University of Stellenbosch\/ Cornerstone Christian College in South Africa, an MA in Theology (Mission Studies) from The University of Manchester, an MPhil in Theology (Pentecostal\/Charismatic Studies) from the University of Birmingham and a PhD from The University of Manchester. William Doe Kugbeadjor is the Principal of Birmingham Christian College, UK, and serves as the resident minister at the Church of Pentecost International Worship Centre in Wolverhampton, UK. Previously, he held the position of Director of Ministerial &amp; Leadership Formation at the same institution. He is a distinguished Christian leader who has previously served in Christian ministry in Africa and has a diverse educational background.\n<br><br>\nCurrently, William is pursuing a PhD in Theology at the University of Manchester. He holds two MAs from the University of Manchester: one in Biblical Studies and another in Practical Theology. Additionally, he has a Graduate Diploma in Theology from Birmingham Christian College, an MSc in Construction Project Management, and a B.Eng. (Hons.) in Civil Engineering from the University of Wolverhampton, following his initial training as a mechanical engineer.\n<br><br>\nAs a passionate educator and dedicated Christian mentor, William is deeply committed to fostering growth in both academic and spiritual dimensions. His unique interdisciplinary background, which combines theological education with practical leadership skills, makes him exceptionally adept at bridging theory and practice.\n<br><br>\nWilliam is married to Josephine Kugbeadjor, a mental health nurse, and they have three He is passionate about Church planting\/growth, mentoring and Leadership development and for many years has been involved in Church planting and Christian ministry in Ghana, UK, Ukraine, Russia, Poland and Hungary. Prior to his call into the full time ministry, Abraham trained as an Accountant and worked with Barclays Bank in London and other Organisations in UK and Ghana. Abraham is currently studying for a PhD in Theological Ethics at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. He also holds Masters degree (MSc) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wales, UK, Master of Theology (MTh) in Applied Theology from Regent Theological College\/University of Chester, UK. He also holds a Certificate in Theology and Missions from Pentecost University, Ghana and other professional Accountancy qualifications from the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), UK.\n<br><br>\nApart from research, Abraham loves watching documentaries, running, playing table tennis and football with his boys. He is an ardent West Ham United fan. Abraham is married to Rose, and they are blessed with four William Doe Kugbeadjor is the Principal of Birmingham Christian College, UK, and serves as the resident minister at the Church of Pentecost International Worship Centre in Wolverhampton, UK. Previously, he held the position of Director of Ministerial &amp; Leadership Formation at the same institution. He is a distinguished Christian leader who has previously served in Christian ministry in Africa and has a diverse educational background.\n<br><br>\nCurrently, William is pursuing a PhD in Theology at the University of Manchester. He holds two MAs from the University of Manchester: one in Biblical Studies and another in Practical Theology. Additionally, he has a Graduate Diploma in Theology from Birmingham Christian College, an MSc in Construction Project Management, and a B.Eng. (Hons.) in Civil Engineering from the University of Wolverhampton, following his initial training as a mechanical engineer.\n<br><br>\nAs a passionate educator and dedicated Christian mentor, William is deeply committed to fostering growth in both academic and spiritual dimensions. He is a Senior Fellow of Higher Education Academy. He was the Head of Business and Law pathway at ONCAMPUS Coventry University. He has a proven record of analysing and reviewing academic results in department and successfully developed strategies to improve results leading to year on year improvement of departmental results by achieving academic Targets in line with centre-wide improvement targets.  Godfried has enhanced the academic quality of the programmes delivered in the ONCAMPUS Coventry University through developmental lesson observations, marking standardisation and moderations. In his current capacity as the Director of Finance, Business and Operations, Godfried is responsible for leading the business, financial, and operational aspects of the college\u2019s activities. She joined the staff in 2002 and has held various administrative roles including Receptionist, Partnership Officer and Finance Officer. Before coming to Birmingham she worked for an Insurance Broker in Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire. Briony is married to Chris and together they have had a wide and varied involvement in ministry including lay leadership, leading small groups, organising \u2018March For Jesus\u2019, preaching and leading worship. He has held various leadership positions from the local church, ministries and committees in various levels in the church of Pentecost UK. He holds PhD in Education, MPhil Educational Studies and BPhil International Management &amp; Policy in Education, all from The University of Birmingham from September 2002 to July 2013. In addition, Diploma of Higher Education in Theology and Missional Leadership and currently studying for MA Applied Theology Strategic Leadership in Christian Ministry. A trained Science and Mathematics Teacher with several years teaching experience in secondary schools in Ghana and UK. He has been a visiting Lecturer at Birmingham Christian College since September 2018.\n<br><br>\nBoakye was a Course Coordinator for Engineering Undergraduate Foundation Programmes at Cambridge Education Group ONCAMPUS Coventry University from September 2019 to August 2021. He lectured at ONCAMPUS Coventry University from November 2014 to August 2021, a centre for the delivery of International Foundation Programmes (IFP), International Year One (IY1) and Masters Qualifying Programmes (MQP). He was a multidisciplinary lecturer delivering on several courses; Postgraduate Skills Development (PSD) module and Research Project on the MQP. He taught Pure Mathematics, Skills for Science on the IFP and Maths for Business on the IY1. He is passionate about Church planting\/growth, mentoring and Leadership development and for many years has been involved in Church planting and Christian ministry in Ghana, UK, Ukraine, Russia, Poland and Hungary. Prior to his call into the full time ministry, Abraham trained as an Accountant and worked with Barclays Bank in London and other Organisations in UK and Ghana. Abraham is currently studying for a PhD in Theological Ethics at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. He also holds Masters degree (MSc) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wales, UK, Master of Theology (MTh) in Applied Theology from Regent Theological College\/University of Chester, UK. He also holds a Certificate in Theology and Missions from Pentecost University, Ghana and other professional Accountancy qualifications from the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), UK.\n<br><br>\nApart from research, Abraham loves watching documentaries, running, playing table tennis and football with his boys. He is an ardent West Ham United fan.
